At the foot of Mont Ventoux, in the countryside, at 1 km from the small Provencal village of Saint Pierre de Vassols and in the heart of our vineyard AOP Ventoux, the Floluben is a haven of peace nestled between cherry trees and vineyards.
The Floluben is a comfortable and very well-appointed detached house with its fenced private swimming pool (9 m x 4 m - open from may 15th to september 30th), its terrace facing south with arbor and bower and its open garden of 1 ha. (The road side is fenced in front of the house).
Magnificent panorama on the Ventoux, the Dentelles de Montmirail, the Castle of Le Barroux and Crillon le Brave.
4 bedrooms (1 on the ground floor with shower room and separate toilet and 3 upstairs with bathroom and toilet, sheets included : 3 double beds in 140 cm x 190 cm, 1 double bed in 160 cm x 200 cm, 2 baby beds). Numerous materials childcare (1 high chair, 1 stroller, 1 booster seat, 1 baby lounger, 1 changing table, WC reducers, bath seat etc ...).
The bedroom on the ground floor offers a TV area with DVD player. Very well equipped kitchen : vitroceramic hotplates, dishwasher, microwave, convection and pyrolysis oven, fridge/freezer, coffee maker and Tassimo coffee machine, electric kettle, toaster, pressure cooker and steam cooker, robot household, raclette, electric crepe maker etc ...
Dining room, living room : flat screen TV 101 cm, Hi-fi system, fireplace with insert in use (free wood). Garage : washing machine, tumble dryer, rolling barbecue (free wood). Free WIFI.

The self-catering gite "heating included" is comfortable, no bad surprise... It doesn't prevent you to be responsable and moderate ; if I heat, I close the windows.
