In the heart of a family vineyard, this part of an old magnaneraie of the 17th century, restored in 2018, is located in the countryside but close to all shops.
This accomodation is adjoining a hotel/restaurant owned by the accomodation's owners.
The pool closed (10 m x 3.3 m, depth 1,50 m, open from April 15 to September 30) is shared with 2 guest rooms. Beautiful south facing terrace with a covered area with a nice view of the vineyards. Open garden of 80 sqm. Safe Car Park. Garden furniture, gas plancha.
On the ground floor : dining room/living room/kitchen area (TV, microwave, dishwasher). 1 bedroom with shower room and toilet (1 double bed in 160 cm x 200 cm), sheets supplied. Separate toilet (washing machine).
Upstairs : 4 bedrooms (3 double beds in 160 cm x 200 cm, 2 single beds in 90 cm x 190 cm), sheets included, cot. Shower room. Bathroom with toilet. Separate toilet.
Reversible air conditioning or electric heating : payment of your own consumption. Possibility of final cleaning. Tourist tax in supplement.
Concerning your cottage, you will find completely renovated spaces and new equipment.
The location is ideal for beautiful walks or bike rides and also to discover the Provencal markets in the area (Pernes les Fontaines, Carpentras, Isle sur la Sorgue and many others).
Nancy, Alexandre and Hugo will be there to advise you on the places to visit and also to offer you a visit to their cellar (with tasting possible) and tell you about their job as a winemaker.
