Swimming pool (8x4m, depth of 1.20 to 1.40 m, open from mid-June to mid-September) shared with the owners and secured by alarm.
Renovated in 2020, this well-equipped house will be a pleasant vacation spot.
To the south you will find a 40 m² gravel terrace with an arbor. Garden furniture, plancha. Reserved parking.
1 bedroom (1 140x190 bed), baby bed, sheets provided. Air-conditioned dining room/kitchen area (TV, microwave). Shower room with toilet (washing machine).
Electric heating: flat rate of €30/week. End of stay cleaning possible.
Sports enthusiasts can go on walks or bike rides (marked circuit 1 km from the gîte). You can also discover the local markets with Provençal scents in Carpentras, Beaumes-de-Venise and others without forgetting Avignon for its historical past and its typical restaurants.
