Private terrace facing East of 14 sqm with garden furniture and barbecue, shared enclosed garden of more than 3000 sqm, private and enclosed car park. Garage for bicycles. Table tennis for the 2 gîtes.
1 bedroom (1 double bed in 160 cm x 200 cm, baby bed). Air-conditioned Living room/kitchen corner (TV, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher, combined washing machine/dryer). Shower room. Separate toilet. Sheets supplied (beds done at your arrival).
Paying options : Final cleaning or final cleaning + towels. Electric heating included in the price.
