Near the sorgue river, in the heart of the Provencal Venice, Ariane, Marc and their daughters fell in love with this authentic detached house, well renovated and fitted out.
The house is protected by alarm, with private heated swimming-pool (7m x 3,2 m, depth of 1,50 m, from the 1st of may to the 3oth of september) protected by alarm, solar shower and toilet, sun loungers. Terrace and courtyard of 350 sq.m. at the south, with 30 linear meters along the Sorgue. Enclosed lawned garden of 220 sqm (electric gate).
Not recommended for young children or children who can't swim. Indicated for the lovers of fishing and biking.
