You are at 3.5 km from the charming town of Isle sur la Sorgue with its Sorgue canals, its waterwheels and its lively streets. Do not miss the 'Partage des Eaux', preserved natural setting. A few kilometers away is Fontaine de Vaucluse, a very beautiful natural site to see absolutely.
Nestled in a residential area, you will find a small detached house renovated in 2021 and 2022. Located on the edge of a beautiful swimming pool (13m x 6m, depth 1.80 m, open from May to September) secured by an alarm, shared with the gite 84G4270 and the owners. Sunloungers available. petanque pitch.
A covered terrace to the north of 13 sqm with garden furniture and barbecue. Private and enclosed car park (under video surveillance) on a shared enclosed ground of 1000 sqm. The owners'house and the 2nd gîte are located opposite, about fifteen meters away.
Kitchen/dining area with oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, TV (satellite), internet with wifi. 1 air-conditioned bedroom with a double bed in 160x200. Possibility of a cot. Shower room. Separate toilet.
Electric heating : weekly flat rate. Possibility to rent sheets, towels and end of stay cleaning (extra costs).
Only one pet allowed.
In case of loss of the remote control and the key to the gate, the owner charged 70 € for the remote control and 10 € for the key.
The center of Isle-sur-la-Sorgue is at 3 mn by car where you will find all the shops and amenities you want.

Nous vous remercions de louer notre accueil. Il est regrettable que vous ayez mal estimé votre besoin. Le gîte était clairement décrit par le descriptif ainsi que par les volumes et superficies par les photos. Il est prévu pour pour deux personnes. Nous espérons vous accueillir lors d'une prochaine visite dans notre autre gîte, plus grand pour 4 ou 6 personnes qui correspondra mieux à vos attentes.
