Description
Beautiful gîte for 2 people, with 1 separate bedroom, on the ground floor, facing south. Completely renovated in May 2021.
Adjoining the owners' house, it has a private entrance.
Following the path along the Sorgue river, you reach the city center in 10 minutes walking. A small private garden of 50 sqm offers a space for relaxation, with table, chairs, deckchairs and barbecue. It is surrounded by plants and a privacy screen, on the owners side.
You will find 1500 sqm of shared landscaped garden (palm trees, fruit trees, flower beds, etc.) and a pétanque pitch. The swimming pool (11 m x 5.5 m) is open from May 1 to September 30. They are shared with 3 other gites and the owners. The whole part is fully enclosed.
In the cottage, the living room has a fully equipped open kitchen (dishwasher, traditional oven, microwave, electric hob, fridge / freezer), a living area with sofa, TV and a dining area.
The bedroom has a double bed in 140 cm. It is equipped with air conditioning (with a supplement of 5 € per day) and opens onto the garden through the bay window. A washing machine is at your disposal in the shower room / toilet.
Internet access : free, fast and powerful Wi-Fi (fiber).
Gas and electric heating fee (daily flat rate).
Baby equipment available on request (cot, high chair, changing mat, bath).
For your motorcycles or bicycles : area available in a closed garage. Central heating (in supplement in cold season). Possibility of cleaning at the end of the stay, rental of sheets or towels.
For your electric car : plug on the parking lot (Green-Up Legrand, 25 kw in 8 hours).
