Description
Located at the gates of Vaison-la-Romaine, in the heights of the pretty village of Entrechaux, this studio is set up in a part of the owners' farm dating from the 19th century.
You will have access to a beautiful fenced swimming pool shared with the owners, 1 gite, 1 guest room and 3 tree houses (10 x 5 m - open from 01/04 to 30/09). An open shared garden is also at your disposal.
The studio is on the 1st floor and has a small private terrace with garden furniture and electric plancha.
Inside : living room with kitchen area (washing machine, oven, microwave, refrigerator, extractor hood...) and lounge/dining area with 1 table and 3 chairs, sofa bed (sleeping possible for 1 child only), flat screen TV, wifi. 1 bedroom with a double bed in 140x190 cm and dressing room. Small shower room equipped with a shower cabin, a toilet and a basin (accessible from the bedroom).
On the ground floor : laundry room shared with 1 other gite (white electric shutters in the photos), there is a washing machine and the necessary for cleaning.
A private car park is located 20m above the gîte (accessible by a staircase). For the well-being of all, animals are not allowed. Sheets and towels included, end of stay cleaning is extra. Electric charging station located 7km away (Malaucène or Mollans-sur-Ouvèze).
A few minutes from here, you can cool off and enjoy the joys of the river, a natural and preserved site on the conent of Toulourenc, Ouvèze and Aygue, a mini natural dam allows swimming and relaxation.
