Garden furniture, barbecue. Enclosed car park.
Swimming pool shared with the gîte 84G812, another holiday rental, an all year rental and the owner (11 m x 6 m - open from the 1st of june to the 30th of september) protected by fence and alarm.
1 bedroom (1 double bed in 140 cm), baby bed. Living room/kitchen area (TV, microwave, dishwasher). WiFi. Shared washing machine. Shower room. Separate toilet. Reversible air conditioning.
Possibility of final cleaning. Heating : weekly flat rate.
During your stay, you will meet the owner's 4 dogs on the property.
