A private fenced swimming pool (10 m x 5 m, depth 1.70 m, open from April 1st to September 30th) with sun-loungers is at your disposal for relaxation and cool moments. You will have for the meals, a shaded terrace of 40 sqm facing south, the children will have the possibility to play on an enclosed lawned area of 300 sqm, garden furniture, gas barbecue. Private car park closed by an electric gate.
Ground floor : dining room/living room/kitchen area (TV, dishwasher). Washing machine in a laundry. Separate toilet.>br>Upstairs : 4 bedrooms (3 single beds in 90 cm, 2 double beds in 160 cm, baby bed). Shower room. Bathroom. 2 separate toilets.
