Le Mas du Vieux Chêne is a large and beautiful mansion of the 19th century, renovated in 2021 and located near a residential area.
You will have at your disposal a beautiful shaded terrace of 60 sqm with garden furniture and barbecue, an enclosed garden of 1200 sqm and an enclosed car park for several cars.
The moments of relaxation and rest with sun loungers will be most pleasant thanks to a private swimming pool (10m x 6m, depth 1.80 m, open from May to September) secured by alarm. At the same location, petanque pitch and one swing. One garage for bicycles and motorbikes and one garage for 1 car.
Ground floor : separate living room with TV, kitchen (microwave, dishwasher), dining room. Shower room (walk-in shower) and toilet with laundry area (washing machine + dryer).
