Swimming pool shared with the owner (8m x 4m, depth 1.5 m, open from the 1st of may to the 30th of september) protected by a cover with bars. Terrace facing South of 13 sqm, well maintained shared garden of 4000 sqm (electric gate), petanque boules.sports ground, garden furniture, barbecue and plancha.
On the ground floor : living room/kitchen corner (TV, DVD player, microwave, dishwasher). Entrance hall (washing machine). Upstairs : 2 bedrooms (1 double bed in 140 cm, 2 single beds in 90 cm, baby bed). Shower room with toilet.
Electric heating (weekly flat rate). Possibility of final cleaning. Tourist tax in supplement.
At a few km of Chateauneuf du Pape and Avignon, Caderousse in constructed on a former loop of the Rhone.
The Lake of Revestidou is greatly prized by fishermen.
