Description
Detached house located at the foot of the Mont Ventoux on a property of 2 ha. of oak and pine woods. Built at the beginning of the 20th century, it has been enlarged and renovated in 2012 and 2015.
Private swimming pool with large paved terrace (diameter of 8 m, open from the 12th of may to the 6th of october) protected by alarm and raillings. Terrace of 25 sqm with bower at the south, terrace of 20 sqm at the north-west, veranda of 12 sqm.
A master bedroom suite (1 comfort bed in 160 cm). A bedroom with two single beds in 80 cm, transformable in a double bed of 160 cm. A mezzanine (1 double bed in 140). Dining room/living room with fireplace (first blaze offered, possibility to provide wood). Living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Well equipped modern kitchen (microwave, pyrolysis oven, dishwasher, food processor ...). There are 2 shower rooms, one with toilet, 1 bathroom, separate toilet, 1 small room with washing machine.
A modern wood stove can heat the kitchen, the living room and the mezzanine (1st blaze offered, possibility of providing wood). Electric heating by accumulation (payment to the owner of the consumption after meter reading). Garden furniture, sun loungers, deck chairs, barbecue, pizza oven. Possibility of final cleaning. Tourist tax in supplement.
We can rent the sheets, in this case, the beds will be made upon arrival, renting also for towels and towels for the pool.
On the last 500 meters, access to the cottage via an unpaved path in the hill.
The location of the house is ideal for hikers and cyclists. You can start your walks without taking your car. It is also a good starting point to visit our region : Avignon, Vaison la Romaine, Orange, Luberon .... and go to the festivals that animate the region all summer.

Maison agréable et atypique. Cependant des marches dans plusieurs pièces font qu'il n'est pas facile d'y circuler, l'accès à la mezzanine par un escalier en colimaçon est compliqué.
