Our studio is located on the first floor of the house with a separate entrance.
You have a private car park in our enclosed garden.
A space of 30 sqm with a kitchen / dining area (microwave, dishwasher, washing machine), a sofa bed (140x190), cot, TV, bathroom and separate toilet.
The terrace facing south of 60 sqm will allow you to enjoy the sun during the day and the freshness for your dinners during the summer season, with its garden furniture and barbecue.
After a day of excursion, you can relax and refresh yourself in the shared swimming pool (6mx3m, depth 1.50 m, open from May 15 to October 1), secured by mesh barrier with manual closure.
Reversible air conditioning included. Possibility of end-of-stay cleaning, rental of sheets and towels (paying option).
Near the main roads and the TGV station, it will be easy for you to explore the surroundings, to discover the riches of the city of Avignon, the wine route, the Roman remains or our medieval villages.
Access to the city center is easy by Tram (3mn), by bike (10 to 15mn) or on foot (30mn) in order to take advantage of all the local events.
