Description
Facing the Luberon, at the foot of Gordes, classified among the most beautiful villages of France, this family house of 1834 represents the symbol of Provence. The calm, the surrounding countryside and the proximity of famous tourist sites make it a perfect place to spend unforgettable holidays.
Located at the 1st floor in the southeastern part of the owners' house, appartment with private entrance.
Heated swimming pool shared with the owners and their guestrooms, enclosed and protected by alarm and electric shutter (10m x 5m, depth 0.80 m to 1.60 m) open from the 30th of april to the 29th of october. Shared summer kitchen with barbecue, shower and wc. Private terrace of 12 sqm facing South with garden furniture, beautiful view over the pool and the luberon and to the North, the village of Gordes and the Monts de Vaucluse. Shared courtyard of 400 sqm.
2 bedrooms (1 double bed 160 cm x 200 cm and 1 double bed in 140 cm x 200 cm), baby bed and high chair. Bathroom with toilet, Shower room with Italian style shower and toilet. Dining room, comfortable living room with flat screen TV and DVD player. Reversible air conditioning. WiFi. Fully equipped kitchen (microwave, vitro grill, dishwasher, American style fridge), washing machine.
Heating : weekly flat rate. Sheets, towels, house linen and pool towels included. Possibility of final cleaning.
Car park on the property with surveillance camera. Only one and small pet allowed on request.
